Vicki Peet

Victoria Peet has devoted her energies to non-profit work for the past 30 years, supporting fundraising, program strategy, and organizational development. Her career began at The Nature Conservancy in Washington, DC, after which she joined the San Francisco office of Trust for Public Land, where she focused on institutional fundraising. After stepping away from that role following the birth of her twins, she has continued to lend her skills to Bay Area organizations in consulting and advisory roles. She is currently vice-president for the Kansha Foundation, overseeing program strategy and grant-making. She serves on the board for Ramble On Productions, a nonprofit she co-founded that produces an annual music festival and supports a different charitable partner each year. Finally, she is an advisor for the Kliptown Youth Program in Johannesburg, South Africa, focusing on donor relations and U.S. fundraising events. In recent years, she has become a strong advocate for criminal justice reform, joining the GRIP board in 2026.

Favorite hobbies include hiking, yoga, camping, and photography, and, most importantly, spending time with her four daughters and four grandchildren.
