Nanditha Nair serves as the Development Associate for GRIP Training Institute, supporting the Development Director with donor engagement and communication, as well as donation systems administration and reporting. Though she is new to working in the restorative justice field, she brings her prior experience in nonprofit development and mutual aid fundraising to the role, and she is proud to support GRIP’s mission to empower communities impacted by incarceration and advocate for systemic change within the criminal justice system. She is a graduate of the UC Berkeley & Sciences Po Dual Degree Program, with a major in Economics and a minor in Journalism. In her personal time, Nanditha loves to play the guitar, make digital illustrations, and explore hiking trails across the Bay.
