Eliza Macy is GRIP’s Development Associate. Prior to GRIP, she has worked in non-profit fundraising and development, mental health, and outdoor and elementary education. Eliza also has a background in grassroots community organizing around prison justice, climate justice, and tenant rights. Eliza has been passionate about restorative justice for many years, and has studied and written about the prison system and restorative justice work. In her free time, Eliza likes to spend time with friends and family, garden, and take walks.
