Allen is GRIP’s Development Director. Prior to GRIP, he has 10 + years of experience working in fundraising/fund development, fostering partnerships, and strategizing across racial, LGBTQ, reproductive, and racial justice work. Being system-impacted, Allen has a deep commitment to restorative justice work and believes in the need for healing both the interpersonal and systemic harms in our society. In his personal time, he reads, writes, listens to music, hikes, and plays (or attempts to play) basketball.
