Operations Coordinator

Brian Le

Brian Le, B.S. Business Administration, serves as the Operations Coordinator for GRIP Training Institute. As an Operations Coordinator, he collaborates with the Operation Director to ensure GRIP is constantly evolving as an organization. He continues to hold GRIP in high esteem as a paragon of restorative justice. He is drawn to GRIP for its mission to create a personal and systemic change to turn violence into a healing and learning opportunity and their tangibly deep impact on the community. While working in the restorative justice field is fairly new to him, he brings in experience with non-profit and community-based organizations. He previously served as a Program Coordinator for the Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay on the Mobile Meal Program that served over 4000+ diverse low-income immigrants ranging from Vietnamese, Chinese, Latino, and Habesha ethnic backgrounds on a bi-monthly basis. He also worked with Tri-City Volunteers as a Volunteer Coordinator with an intensive list of 800+ diversified volunteers ranging from high school students, retired adults, and individuals with disabilities. Each group brought him insight of the different kinds of sensitivity and cultural communication and awareness that aids in every working environment.
