Javier Quintero was paroled after 25-years of incarceration in December 2021 having been an SB260 candidate, carrying with him a newfound sense of purpose and determination.

Having graduated from the Guiding Rage into Power (GRIP) program on July 17, 2017, Javier committed himself to a path of peace and reconciliation. Through GRIP’s teachings, he discovered the transformative power of vulnerability and authenticity, enabling him to reconnect with his true self and achieve internal freedom long before experiencing physical liberation.

Now, as he navigates the challenges of reintegration into society, Javier remains steadfast in his commitment to personal growth and positive change. With humility and gratitude, he embraces each opportunity to contribute positively to his community and to inspire others on their own journeys of transformation.
